\( \Theta \)

Short Description

This is the symbol for the set of all possible model parameters \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000066}{\theta} \).

Medium Description

This is the symbol for the set of all model parameters. Any combination of parameters \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000066}{\theta} \) for a model \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000084}{h} \in \htmlClass{sdt-0000000039}{\mathcal{H}} \) will be contained in this set.

Long Description

The symbol \( \Theta \) is a subset of \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000045}{\mathbb{R}}^D \) representing the set of all possible model parameters. Given some model \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000084}{h} \in \htmlClass{sdt-0000000039}{\mathcal{H}} \), the model's parameters \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000066}{\theta} \) will satisfy \( \htmlClass{sdt-0000000066}{\theta} \in \Theta \). This notation is most often used in formalizing parameter optimization problems.
